Congratulations to EAL referee, Steve Worpole, who has received an award for his 20 years of service to football in Essex at this week's Essex FA Annual Awards Evening.
Steve is a well recognised and respected referee on our panel having also been involved with the Ilford & District League and other Sunday leagues as a referee, He has also been heavily involved with the Barking & Dagenham Referees Society in Social & Media Secretary roles in the last 20 years.
Congratulations to Steve for his award which is a testament to his dedication to grassroots football.
