The first full Council Meeting of the 2014/15 season is taking place next Monday 1st September 2014 at the Jack Carter Pavilion (Frenford Club) in Barkingside starting at 7.30pm. All clubs are required to be represented at Council Meetings which will happen this season on a quarterly basis.
You will receive your handbooks at the meeting along with it being the final opportunity for you to lodge your initial batch of 11 player registrations if you haven't already done so with Rob Parker
Dates of 2014/15 full council meetings:
Monday 1st September 2014 - 7.30pm
Monday 8th December 2014 - 7.30pm
Monday 9th March 2015 - 7.30pm
Monday 8th June 2015 (AGM) - 7.30pm
All of the above meetings will be held at the Jack Carter Pavilion (Frenford Club) behind Redbridge Sports Centre in Barkingside and will be followed by Management Meetings at 8.30pm so we kindly ask for clubs to please leave the venue promptly before the Management Committee meeting begins unless you have been requested to stay behind.
Reminder about changes to substitutions rules
Just to a gentle reminder to all clubs and match officials about the alteration to the rule that was approved at the AGM to permit repeat substitutions on a "5 from 5" basis instead of "3 of 5". This means that all 5 substitutes that are nominated to the referee before the match may participate and this is on a "rolling subs" basis whereby a player who is substituted off the field in turn becomes a substitute and may come back on.
All substitutions will still need to be made during a stoppage in play and with the agreement of the referee in line with FA laws.
