As we reach the middle of July, preparations are very much underway for the new season with football resuming in the Essex Alliance League for some clubs in just a matter of weeks.
In order to ensure we can get underway with the new season on time, all secretaries have been sent the following guide which outlines their duties for the weeks ahead and we'd ask you to give this some attention.

County affiliation Affiliation process for new clubs will involve agreeing the name of the club, providing a club code of conduct/rules (templates available) and evidence of a bank account in the club’s name |

Home Pitch & Dates Available Once you have confirmation of the venue being made available to you, you will need to submit your pitch availability information to the Fixtures Secretary. This will be done via an electronic system via the link below: |

Annual league fees Metro Bank A/C #: 23354904 Sort Code: 23-05-80 Please ensure you include your club’s name as a payment reference. Clubs will not be permitted to commence fixtures until the fees are settled. |

Attend August Pre-Season Clubs Meeting at Dagenham & Redbridge FC, 7.30pm start |
No later than 3 days before 1st fixture |
Register players onto the Whole Game System. For those unsure on how to use the Whole Game System for registrations, this video from the FA will assist you with the basic fundamentals: https://youtu.be/T3GG4yFT1cc?t=857 All teams must have at least 11 players registered with the league at least 3 days prior to your first fixture. You can of course register as many players as you want/need after this also, including up to a maximum three on the day of the match. The window closes again on 31st March next year. |
