There was a full league programme on Week 19 of the season as every fixture avoided the cold snap (on this occasion at least!).

St John's Deaf were away from domestic duties with a trip to Cardiff to feature in the British Deaf Futsal Cup. Coming through the group stage unbeaten with 4 wins and a draw, they took on Doncaster in the final and eased to victory in a 9-2 win. Congratulations to St John's Deaf!

In domestic cup action, the Premier Division Cup competition got underway with first round action. There were terrific wins for the division's two basement sides as Eastside Rangers put St Francis to the sword with a 3-1 win before bottom side Rainham Working Mens Club ended Newham Res' participation with a 3-2 win on the road.

The Premier Division two of the leading sides being held as AAH Romford held Jolof Sports Club to a 1-1 draw as Steven Richards found the net. Cranes United and leaders May & Baker EC A shared six goals in an entertaining 3-3 draw with Jack Jones, Darren Seymour and Jack Boys on target for Baker. That result means that Chingford Athletic, with games in hand, could now go level on points by winning those games in hand. In the final game, Melbourne Sports picked up maximum points in a 3-1 win on the road as Gary Williamson, Edward Brotherton and John Shubert goals cancelled a Dan Pereira strike for Chingford Harriers.

In Division One, Blue Marlin put their recent defeat to the back of their minds to record a 6-1 win at home against Chingford Town Res. Third placed Vittoriosa Falcons were also winners as they eased to a 3-1 win at home to Three Colts with Daniel Vearer's brace and a single from Nathan Scarborough leading them to victory and cancelling out David Watson's goal for the Colts. London Bari Res won on the road with a 4-1 win against Northend with the latter's consolation goal arriving through Ryan Leddra.

There was a deluge of goals in Division Two with thirty goals in the five fixtures taking place. Custom House provided the main shock of the afternoon as they travelled to Leyton Green and came away with a 3-1 win as Bradley O'Donovan's goal for Green was superceded by a Paul Wooster brace and a single from Bradley Routledge to secure maximum points for Custom House. That result, coupled with Cowley Community not in action gave Grove United the chance to return top of the table with a win and they didn't disappoint, wrapping up a 5-0 win over Canio with a Harry Chalk hat-trick and goals from John Hughes and Roy Jones. West Essex Res continue to sneak up the table after goals from Adam Norris (2), Lloyd Renvoize and Jack McQuibban confirmed a 4-0 win at Newham Royals. Singh Sabha Barking move up to fifth in the table following a goal filled 5-3 win against Northend Res despite Northend goals from Tola Israel, Ade Hassan and Lucas Adeyefa. In the final game of day which contained nine goals, Dagenham United bagged the points winning 7-2 against St Francis Res.
