Upcoming deadlines for member clubs

For our latest news and updates, please enter your email address

As we enter August and with the 2019/2020 football season starting in just a few weeks on Saturday 7th September, we remind clubs of some upcoming deadlines and dates for your diaries.

PITCH AVAILABILITY FORMS

All clubs should now have been given access to the Portal where, from the relevant icon on the Dashboard, you are able to submit the dates that your pitch is available this season in addition to any dates that you would like to request off.

This information is crucial in enabling our Fixtures Secretary to compile the opening fixture list so don't delay in returning this information. Over 40 clubs have still not provided this information which means we cannot begin to compile the opening fixtures.

Please get in touch with Tony McGrath (Fixtures Secretary) if there is some delay in being able to provide this information to him.

PLAYER REGISTRATIONS

Thank you to those clubs who have already submitted player registration forms. Be reminded that the deadline for having a minimum of 11 player registrations in with the Registrations Secretary is 1st September. You will, of course, be able to make additional registrations after this date along with "emergency" matchday signings but please ensure you have 11 registrations completed by 1st September.

Along with you adding the player to the Whole Game System, please e-mail over your player signature sheets to regs@essexallianceleague.com to complete the process.

LEAGUE FEES

Thank you to those sides who have already settled their league fees invoices for the season. If you haven't already done so, fees must be paid before commencing fixtures so don't delay in getting your fees to the Treasurer. He will be in attendance at the first Clubs Meeting if you would like to speak with him or make a payment.

FIRST CLUBS MEETING

There is a Clubs Meeting being held on Monday 2nd September 2019 at Dagenham & Redbidge FC, starting at 7.30pm, which all clubs are required to attend. At this meeting we will hand out any relevant documentation for the forthcoming season, provide guidance to club secretaries and conduct the cup draw for the Fenton Cup.
