SENIOR DIVISION

The early leaders in the Senior Division are promoted Chadwell Heath Spartans who have followed up a narrow success in week one with a thumping victory the second time around, beating Chigwell Town in a 6-0 scoreline. Miguel Martins and Niru Hunwicks both bagged braces with Samir Aboulainaf and Jonathan Evans goals ensuring the points when home with Spartans.

Lymore Gardens sit just a couple of points back at the head of the chasing pack as they followed up their emphatic win on Monday night with a point against unbeaten Leyton Royal. Ahmed Faisal had given Gardens the lead but a Royal equaliser saw them take a share of the points in an eventual 1-1 draw, the sides seperated just by goal difference at this stage.

Sandwiched between the two "L" sides sit a DTFC outfit who remain unbeaten themselves and picked up a point from their trip to Noak Hill to face Kit Out London. Kit Out were ahead but DT fought back to level and then lead themselves before a late strike from distance rescued a point for the hosts for whom Marlon Ortiz and Badr Chiboub were on target in a 2-2 draw.

Jolof Sports got themselves off of the mark in their first game of the new campaign as they made a short trip to fellow Newham based CSM London at the West Ham Foundation. Jolof goals from Bogdan Ursica, Joshua Kewifio-Okai and Papa Ndiaye were more than enough to earn a 3-0 win, keeping CSM winless after their opening two fixtures.
