Upcoming important dates for clubs

Tuesday 28th February - Closure of registrations and transfers window

As previously advised, the window closes this coming Tuesday 28th February 2017 at midnight meaning that is the last date that any registrations or transfers can be completed. Matchday emergency registrations made on Saturday 25th February 2017 are acceptable provided that your opponents have countersigned the form on that date and the form is with the Registrations Secretary by the following Wednesday.

Monday 13th March - Clubs Meeting at Dagenham & Redbridge FC

There is a clubs meeting for all of our existing member clubs to attend where we will cover any matters that have arisen in the past few months and present sportsmanship awards to our latest winners. The meeting is at Dagenham & Redbridge FC and commences at 7.30pm.

Monday 13th March - Last date to return trophies from last season

For clubs and indviduals who won trophies last season, the last date to return these is on the night of the Clubs Meeting on Monday 13th March at Dagenham & Redbridge FC. Please take this ideal opportunity to return the trophies and do so in a re-presentable condition i.e. clean!

Friday 31st March - Last date to confirm participation in league for 2017/18 season

All existing clubs must re-confirm their participation in the Essex Alliance League for next season by Friday 31st March 2017. This includes any provisional intention to withdraw a club or intention to apply to progress up to a step 7 league.

Friday 31st March - Deadline for rule change proposals to have been submitted to the League Secretary

Any proposals for league rule changes for the 2017/18 season must have been notified to Barry Fitzgerald by Friday 31st March 2017. Rules changes will then go before the Management Committee in April and sent for sign off by Essex County FA before they can be put forward to vote at June's Annual General Meeting.
