EAL show support for RESPECT programme with handshake initiative

The Essex Alliance League continues to show support for the FA's RESPECT programme for grassroots football which aims to help ensure a safe, positive environment in which to play the game.
To continue this support, the league's member clubs have voted to conduct RESPECT handshakes prior to all league and league cup competition matches this season. All referees have been issued with instructions for this to be carried out and we welcome everybody's feedback on how they feel this is working through the season.
