AGM to take place on Monday 27th July via web conferencing

Following the management committee's meeting recently, it has been confirm that this year's Annual General Meeting will take place by web conference on the evening of Monday 27th July, commencing 7.30pm.
All relevant documentation will be issued out to clubs at least 14 days beforehand with instructions for voting on the matters to be discussed as well joining instructions for the web conference.
The first draft of our constitution for the new season has also been sent to clubs with any queries needing to be raised within the next 7 days. The working proposal is as follows:
