The final league action of the calendar year began on Friday evening as Lymore Gardens headed back to familiar territory with a trip to their old Coles Park stomping ground, taking on hosts and fifth placed Haringey Borough Under 23s. Five points seperated the sides heading into the game and, with the match eventually ending in a 1-1 draw, that points gap remained at the end.

On Saturday, the league leaders took their lead at the top to eight points, FC Baresi's last game of the calendar year seeing them face up to an Aveley Under 23s side at Wodson Park. Junior Appiah was the main difference between the sides on the day as he netted a hat-trick for the hosts, Marvin Hamilton and Noyan Tajbakhsh striking the other goals to make the final score 5-2.

With three games in hand, Woodford East will hope to be in the mix in a few months time and ensured they kept the pace at the top with an important home victory against FC Petrocub at Mayesbrook Park. Eamon Payne opened the scoring to give the Peacocks a lead with Tyreece Robertson also scoring on his debut to give their side a vital 3-1 win and round off a good year.

There were plenty of goals in the day's game at The Drive in Ilford where Frenford Development ended their year with some festive cheer, continuing their positive run with a big home win against Bakers693, winning the game 7-2. Kishawn James struck with a hat-trick, while Daniel Francis, Damilola Olaiya, Shanlon Thomas and Tyler Shillingford were also on the scoresheet, moving sixth in the table.

At Parsloes Park, Kit Out London's maiden game at the Hub saw them in home action with the visit of CSM London to the venue once again this week. With the sides poised at 1-1 at the break, CSM then led in the second half before Rio Mudhar-Hedley struck the second of his brace to level up and make it 2-2. Matthew Ritz and Jaydon Charles struck with the CSM goals to extend their unbeaten run.
