Paperwork and information regarding the upcoming AGM on Monday 25th June at Dagenham & Redbridge FC has been issued to all existing and new clubs this week.
The paperwork includes a proposed constitution for the divisions set-up for the 2018/19 season, subject to ratification by our members at the AGM. If your Club Secretary has not yet received this information, particularly if you have changed secretary in the close season, please get in touch with Barry Fitzgerald and he will assist you.
All new and existing clubs are reminded that they must send representation to the AGM or a fine of £50 will be issued. This is an important meeting where the make-up of the league will be decided and rule changes voted upon so please ensure somebody is able to come along.
Additionally, those receiving individual awards will be contacted to request their attendance for the presentation segment of the evening.
